基于Solidworks三维建模的无人机结构设计及气动仿真 被引量:1

Structural Design and Aerodynamic Simulation of UAV Based on Solidworks 3D Modeling

摘要 针对传统的无人机设计中实际气动特性差、结构设计低的问题,提出采用Solidworks对某小型电动无人机进行三维建模,使用Solidworks集成的Flowsimulation与Simulatiom有限元仿真技术对无人机进行气动优化、结构设计及静力学仿真,通过3D打印技术制作该无人机的样机,在内蒙古大学、内蒙古工业大学和呼和浩特市现代信息技术学校进行试验,将样机试飞试验的结果与软件估算及仿真数据进行对比,验证了Solidworks三维建模与快速仿真技术在无人机初步设计中应用的可行性及仿真结果的准确性。 Aiming at the problems of poor actual aerodynamic characteristics and low structural design in traditional UAV design,it is proposed to use Solidworks to conduct 3D modeling for a small electric UAV,and use Solidworks integrated Flowsimulation and Simulation finite element simulation technology to conduct aerodynamic optimization,structural design and static simulation for the UAV.The prototype of the UAV is made through 3D printing technology.And the tests are conducted at Inner Mongolia University,Inner Mongolia University of Technology and Hohhot Modern Information Technology School We compared the results of prototype flight test with software estimation and simulation data,which verified the feasibility of Solidworks 3D modeling and rapid simulation technology in the preliminary design of UAV and the accuracy of simulation results.
