摘要
对国内外轴承理论研究及设计技术的现状进行分析并展望其发展趋势。基础理论和技术研发方面的持续巨额投入、多学科研发技术的全球化布局、功能强大的仿真分析设计软件的开发是国外轴承设计技术长足发展和持续领先的基础;经验类比设计、测绘反求设计、计算机辅助设计、专业软件分析设计则是国内轴承设计技术发展的主要阶段。对减摩设计、可靠性设计、极限设计、智能化设计及全寿命周期设计等轴承设计技术的未来发展趋势进行了较为详细的分析。
The research status of design technology for rolling bearings at home and abroad is analyzed,and the development trends are prospected.Continuous huge investment in basic theory and technology research,global layout of multidisciplinary research and development technology,development of powerful simulation analysis and design software are basis for substantial development and continuous leading of foreign bearing design technology.Empirical analog design,mapping reverse design,computer-aided design,professional software analysis and design are main stages for development of domestic design technology.The future development trends of bearing design technology,including antifriction design,reliability design,limit design,intelligent design and full life cycle design are analyzed and summaried in detail.
