含可再生能源的多微网系统负荷频率控制策略 被引量:3

摘要 为解决多微网之间频率控制问题,考虑多级能源参与调控的特点,提出了含可再生能源的多微网系统负荷频率控制策略。分析了多微网系统的运行特点,建立了光伏、生物质能发电、柴油发电机、储能系统、风电的频率模型,并阐述了多微网系统联络线功率偏差控制原理。分析了多微网频率控制策略,提出基于模糊逻辑的PIDN控制方法,利用改进正余弦优化算法对控制模型进行求解。在仿真系统中进行了算例分析,对比传统PID控制验证了文章所提方法的有效性。 In order to solve the frequency control problem among multi micro grids,a load frequency control strategy for multi micro grid systems containing renewable energy was proposed considering the characteristics of multi-level energy participation in regulation.This paper analyzes the operational characteristics of multi micro grid systems,establishes frequency models for photovoltaic,biomass power generation,diesel generators,energy storage systems,and wind power,and expounds the principle of power deviation control for tie lines in multi micro grid systems.The frequency control strategy of multi micro network is analyzed,and a PIDN control method based on fuzzy logic is proposed,the control model is solved using an improved sine cosine optimization algorithm.A numerical example is analyzed in a simulation system to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method compared to traditional PID control.
