大学生亲社会人格对求职进展的影响:求职自我效能感和成就需要的作用 被引量:1

The Effect of the Prosocial Personality of Graduates on Job Search Progress:The Role of Job Search Self-efficacy and Need for Achievement

摘要 基于交互决定理论和人格特质理论,考察大学生亲社会人格对求职进展的影响机制,以及求职自我效能感的中介作用和成就需要的调节作用。对国内409位应届大学毕业生调查问卷的实证研究表明:大学生亲社会人格对求职自我效能感及求职进展具有正向影响;求职自我效能感在大学生亲社会人格和求职进展之间发挥部分中介作用;成就需要正向调节大学生亲社会人格对求职进展的直接效应,同时正向调节大学生亲社会人格通过求职自我效能感对其求职进展产生的间接效应。 Drawing on interactive decision theory and personality trait theory,this study explores the influencing mechanism of prosocial personality of graduates on Job search progress,as well as the mediating role of job search self-efficacy and the moderating role of need for achievement.Empirical analysis of 409 domestic fresh graduates show that:Prosocial personality of graduates is positive correlated with job search self-efficacy and Job search progress;job search self-efficacy part mediates the impact of prosocial personality of graduates on Job search progress;need for achievement fit moderates the direct effect of prosocial personality of graduates on Job search progress.At the same time,need for achievement fit moderates the indirect effect of prosocial personality of graduates on Job search progress via job search self-efficacy.
