The Status,Dilemma and Promotion Strategy of Employee Health Promotion under Healthy China Strategy

基于健康中国战略背景下职工健康促进的相关政策和职工健康促进的研究现状,运用文献资料法、逻辑归纳法等,发现我国职工健康促进工作在政策指导、研究重点、实践成效等方面表现突出,但存在政策落地实效不足、促进机制缺失、服务体系不健全、影响因素不可控等问题。基于此,提出落实政策制度,强化指导针对性;加强有效监督,构建促进机制;健全服务体系,推进智慧化;重视身心结合,倡导职工健康促进全面性等推进职工健康促进工作的有效策略。

Based on the relevant policies of employee health promotion and the research status of employee health promotion under the background of healthy China strategy,by using the method of literature and logical induction.It is found that the work of employee health promotion in China has outstanding performance in the policy guidance,research focus,effect of practice and other aspects,but there are some problems such as the lack of effective implementation of the policy,the lack of promotion mechanism,the service system is not perfect,influencing factors are not controllable and so on.Based on this,put forward the implementation of the policy system,strengthen targeted guidance;Strengthen supervision and build promotion mechanism;Improve the service system and promote wisdom;Pay attention to the combination of body and mind,comprehensively promote the health of employee and other effective strategies to promote the health of employee.
