磁性电解铣磨主参数灰色关联度优化及验证

摘要 通过正交测试方法探讨了影响Cr12MoV高强度结构钢进行磁性电解铣磨处理期间不同工艺参数下引起的粗糙度以及材料去除量差异性。综合运用主成分分析以及灰色关联的算法构建得到粗糙度与材料去除量之间对应的灰色关联度,从而按照单一目标优化的方式完成多目标的优化。随着灰色关联度的不断提高,得到最优工艺参数组合结果:磨粒目数为250目、磁极转速为550r/min、两相质量比为3:1。灰色关联度预测结果跟实验值相近,两者呈现相近的变化趋势。拟合度为97.62%,能够满足可靠性要求。经过优化处理的粗糙度相对优化前减小了13.04%,材料去除量上升11.34%。采用这里多目标优化能够保证结果的准确性。该研究对提高磁性电解铣磨加工精度具有很好的实际指导价值,易于推广应用。 The roughness and material removal difference ofCr12MoV high strength structural steel under different process parameters during magnetic electrolytic milling were discussed by orthogonal test method.Principal component analysis and grey correlation algorithm were used to construct the grey correlation degree between roughness and material removal amount,so as to complete the multi-objective optimization in the way of single objective optimization.With the continuous improvement of grey correlation degree,the optimal process parameters were obtained:the number of abrasive mesh was 250 mesh,the speed of magnetic pole was 550r/min,and the mass ratio of two phases was 3:1.The predicted result of grey correlation degree is close to the experimental value,and the two show a similar trend.The fitting degree is 97.62%,which can meet the reliability requirements.The roughness Ra of the optimized treatment is reduced by 13.04%and the material removal amountΔm is increased by 11.34%.The accuracy of the results can be guaranteed by using the multi-objective optimization in this paper.The research has a very good practical guiding value for improving the machining accuracy of magnetic electrolysis milling and is easy to be popularized and applied.
