摘要
针对目前农机制造车间存在的数据采集手段落后、生产状态监控方法缺失的问题,研究了基于射频识别技术(RFID)的应用方案。首先,在分析企业生产现状的基础上,提出了基于RFID技术的数据采集方案和网络支撑架构;其次,通过VisualStudio2017平台和C#语言开发了在制品状态追踪系统;最后,选取玉米机切碎器作为研究对象,实现生产现场的硬件部署,并对其生产过程进行实验;通过实验案例表明,该系统能够快速稳定地工作,帮助企业实现了实时数据的采集和生产状态的可视化监控,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
Aiming at the problems of lack of production monitoring methods and backward data collection methods in the agricultural machinery manufacturing work-shop.Researched the application scheme based on radio frequency identification technology(RFID).first,in view of analyzing the production status of the enterprise.proposed a data collection scheme and network support architecture based on RFID technology,secondly,developed a material status tracking system through Visual-Studio2017 platform and C#language.finally,selected the corn cutter as the research object,realized hardware deployment at the production site,and experimented with the production proces,the experimental case shows that the system can work quickly and stably.And helped companies achieve real-time data collection and visual monitoring of production status.verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the method proposed.
