摘要
研究建立了一种轨道交通声屏障结构健康度监测系统,制备了监测屏体结构振动速度、角动量等的专用设备。检测信号通过Zigbee无线网络传输至云服务器,通过傅里叶变换算法对原始数据进行处理,以特征频率、振动幅值等指标变化率计算得到健康度值,从而判断声屏障状态是否异常。在上海某轨道交通线路开展了上线试验,验证了检测的有效性、灵敏性及数据传输稳定性,实现了对故障信号的有效识别。
A rail transit sound barrier structure health degree monitoring system was established,and a special equipment for detecting the vibration velocity and angular momentum of the screen structure was prepared.The detection signal was transmitted to the cloud server through the Zigbee wireless network,and the peak frequency and amplitude of the original data were detected by Fourier transform algorithm to determine whether the sound barrier screen is abnormal.On-line test was carried out on a rail transit line in Shanghai,which verified the detection effectiveness,sensitivity and data transmission stability,and realized the effective identification of fault signals.
