四川省通用航空产业发展的PEST分析及策略选择

摘要 通用航空是指除公共航空运输以外的民用航空。大力发展通用航空已成为新时代、新形势下国家做出的重要决策部署,从制造强国到交通强国,从应急救援体系建设到消费服务升级,从供给侧结构性改革到国际国内经济双循环引领,通用航空产业始终是重点关注领域。本文以四川省通航产业为研究对象,通过大量的调研工作,利用PEST分析模型,从政治、经济、社会和技术四个维度对四川省的通用航空产业进行分析和论证,并提出促进通用航空产业持续且健康发展的策略和建议,以期为通用航空产业发展提供有效参考。 General aviation refers to civil aviation other than public air transport.To vigorously develop general aviation has become an important decision and deployment made by China in the new era and under the new situation.From a manufacturing powerhouse to a transportation powerhouse,from the construction of emergency rescue system to the upgrading of consumer services,from the supply-side structural reform to the dual cycle leading of international and domestic economies,general aviation industry has always been a key area of concern.Based on the general aviation industry in Sichuan province as the research object,through a lot of research work,using PEST analysis model,from the political,economic,social and technological four dimensions of analysis and argumentation of general aviation industry of Sichuan province,and put forward to promote the sustained and healthy development of the general aviation industry policies and suggestions,in order to provide effective reference for the development of general aviation industry.
