基于耦合协调理论的高速铁路分席别定价研究

摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展,高速铁路现有单一定价机制已经无法适应交通运输系统的综合效益发展。本文针对高速铁路分席别定价问题,讨论了包含交通、经济和环境效益在内的综合评价指标体系,将给定通道内交通运输复合系统的最大耦合协调度作为目标函数,构建基于耦合协调理论的高速铁路分席别定价模型,并结合Halton序列的蝙蝠算法进行求解。最后,以京津城际为算例研究对象,探究其在多客运竞争条件下的分席别定价方案。算例结果显示,对京津城际实行分席别定价策略后,高峰、平峰和低谷时段交通复合系统的耦合协调度分别提升了3.21%、6.43%和10.62%。 With the rapid development of my country's economy,the existing single pricing mechanism of high-speed railway has been unable to adapt to the comprehensive benefit development of the transportation system.Aiming at the problem of separate pricing of high-speed railways,this paper discusses a comprehensive evaluation index system including traffic,economic and environmental benefits,and takes the maximum coupling coordination degree of the transportation composite system in a given channel as the objective function,and constructs a theory based on coupling coordination.The high-speed railway seat-specific pricing model is solved by combining the bat algorithm of Halton sequence.Finally,taking the Beijing-Tianjin intercity as the research object,this paper explores its separate pricing scheme under the condition of multi-passenger competition.The results of the calculation example show that after the implementation of the separate pricing strategy for the Beijing-Tianjin intercity,the coupling coordination degree of the traffc composite system during peak,off-peak and low-valley periods has increased by 3.21%,6.43%and 10.62%,respectively.
