新发展格局下的我国省域物流竞争力空间分布与层次划分

Spatial Distribution and Hierarchy Classification of Provincial Logistics Competitiveness in China under the New Development Pattern

物流能力是省域现代化程度和综合实力的重要衡量标志。新发展格局下,构建现代省域物流体系可以降低各类突发事件影响,提升区域产业安全水平。通过构建新发展格局下的城市物流竞争力评价体系,分析省域物流枢纽竞争力的空间发展格局。研究发现,我国省域物流发展水平不均衡,总体呈现“东高西低”发展格局,不同省份物流能力可划分为发达型省份、双中心型、单中心型、欠发达型、不发达型等五个层级。新发展格局与新冠疫情冲击叠加,中西部省份的物流竞争力和物流枢纽地位呈现显著提升,依托物流枢纽大力发展枢纽经济成为新发展格局下提升省域物流竞争力的重要策略。

Logistics capability is an important symbol of provincial modernization and comprehensive strength.Under the new development pattern,building modern provincial logistics system could reduce the impact of various emergencies and improve the level of regional industrial security.By constructing the urban logistics competitiveness evaluation system under the new development pattern,the spatial development pattern of the provincial logistics hub competitiveness is analyzed.The results incidate that the development of provincial logistics in China is unbalanced,and the overall development pattern is shown as high in the East and low in the west.The competitiveness of provincial logistics in China could be divided into five hierarchies,which are the developed type,the double-center type,the single center type,the underdeveloped type and the underdeveloped type.Under the new development pattern overlapping with the COVID-19 pandemic,the logistics competitiveness and its position in the central and western regions is improved significantly.It is becoming an important strategy to develop hub economy,in order to enhance provincial logistics competitiveness under the new development pattern.
