猫爪草多糖抗过敏反应作用

摘要 目的探讨猫爪草多糖抗Ⅰ变态反应的作用。方法应用卵白蛋白和百日咳疫苗构建大鼠过敏模型,观察大剂量(100 mg kg)、中剂量(50 mg kg)、小剂量(25 mg kg)猫爪草多糖,分别对过敏大鼠蓝色反应斑直径大小、血清IgE浓度、组胺兴奋离体回肠的影响及其对外源性组胺的抑制效果。结果猫爪草多糖大、中剂量组能明显减少抗血清所致的大鼠背部皮下蓝色反应斑块的直径;降低致敏大鼠血清IgE浓度;拮抗组胺所致大鼠对回肠的兴奋性收缩,其抑制率分别为82.34%和55.39%;减少涂抹组胺的次数及提高致痒阈值。结论猫爪草多糖有显著的抗Ⅰ型变态反应的功能。 Objective To study the anti-allergic function of polysaccharide of Radix Ranunculi Ternati.Methods The rat allergic model was set up by using ovalbumin and pertussis vaccine.Large dose(100 mg kg),middle dose(50 mg kg),and small dose(25 mg kg)of polysaccharide of Ranunculi Ternati Radix were observed for its influences on the diameter size of the blue spot,the concentration of serum total IgE,the stimulation function of histamine on the ileum in vitro,and on the inhibition function of exogenous histamines,respectively.Results Large and middle dose group of polysaccharide of Radix Ranunculi Ternati could significantly reduce the blue reaction spot diameter caused by antiserum and the total IgE concentration in serum.These two groups of polysaccharide of Radix Ranunculi Ternati could also inhibit the excitability of the ileum caused by histamine,with the inhibition rate of 82.34%and 55.39%,respectively,reduce the number of histamine daub and raise the itch threshold.Conclusion Polysaccharide of Radix Ranunculi Ternati has an obvious function of anti-type-Ⅰhypersensitivity.
