纤维肌痛综合征动物模型

摘要 慢性疼痛是全球性的健康问题,纤维肌痛综合征(FMS)作为以慢性疼痛为核心症状的风湿病,其临床表现具有高度异质性,且发病机制复杂,迄今尚未彻底阐明。由于医学伦理及道德的约束,人体试验存在诸多局限,故FMS动物模型作为研究本病的有力工具,对于明确FMS发生发展和病理机制尤为重要。本文从造模方法、与FMS临床症状、病理生理学和治疗反应的相似度4个方面对FMS目前较成熟的动物模型进行综述,希望能为研究者选用和建立本病的实验动物模型提供参考。 Chronic pain is a global health problem.Fibromyalgia syndrome(FMS)is a rheumatic disease with chronic pain as the core symptom.Its clinical manifestations are highly heterogeneous and the pathogenesis is complex.So far,it has not been fully elucidated.Due to the constraints of medical ethics and morality,there are many limitations in human trials.Therefore,as a powerful tool to study the disease,FMS animal models are particularly important for clarifying the occurrence,development,and pathological mechanism of FMS.In this paper,the relatively mature animal models of this disease were reviewed from four aspects:modeling methods,similarity with FMS clinical symptoms,pathophysiology,and treatment response,hoping to provide references for researchers to select and establish experimental animal models of FMS.
