摘要
职称是对人才专业技术水平、才能的评价和认定,职称的评审制度关乎整个人才队伍的素养,事业单位现行职称评审制度,受某些因素影响存在一定弊端,从而影响事业单位的深层改革和专业技术人才队伍的建设。本文阐述了事业单位评审制度的相关概念、当前职称评审制度中存在的不足和缺陷,提出了一些的想法和建议。希望能够改革评审制度,完善评审标准,建立起公平公正高质量的评审机制。
Professional title is the basic recognition of talent employment.The evaluation system of professional title is related to the quality of the entire talent team.The current professional title evaluation system of public institutions has certain drawbacks due to some factors,which affects the deep reform of public institutions and the construction of professional technical talent teams.This paper expounds the relevant concepts of the evaluation system of public institutions,the shortcomings and defects existing in the current professional title evaluation system,and puts forward some ideas and suggestions.We hope to reform the evaluation system,improve the evaluation standards,and establish a fair and high-quality evaluation mechanism.
