关于国有企业薪酬改革的一些思考

摘要 对标现代企业管理要求,要提升国有企业的市场竞争力,国有企业需要对薪酬制度进行不断改革。本文基于国有企业内控改革内外部需求的背景下,分析现行薪酬制度存在的问题及原因,提出薪酬改革的目标、思路和改革成果,旨在为国有企业的薪酬改革提供更多的思考角度。 According to the requirements of modern enterprise management,to enhance the market competitiveness of state-owned enterprises,state-owned enterprises need to constantly reform the salary system.This paper is based on the internal and external demands of the internal control reform of state-owned enterprises,analyze the problems and causes of the current salary system,put forward the objectives,ideas and achievements of salary reform,it aims to provide more perspectives for the salary reform of state-owned enterprises.
