摘要
伴随着社会的飞速发展,各企业在发展的同时,形成了符合自己实际情况的薪酬管理机制与运行模式。然而,由于国有企业与其他企业的差异性,造成国有企业在薪酬管理中存在不同于其他企业的问题。基于此,本文探讨了薪酬管理及应用于国有企业的意义,分析了国有企业薪酬管理存在的问题,研究了国有企业薪酬管理的提升对策。
With the rapid development of society,various enterprises have formed their own compensation management mechanism and operation mode in line with their own actual conditions while developing.However,due to the differences between state-owned enterprises and other enterprises,state-owned enterprises have problems different from other enterprises in salary management.Based on this,this paper discusses the significance of salary management and its application in state-owned enterprises,analyzes the existing problems of salary management in state-owned enterprises,and studies the improvement countermeasures of salary management in state-owned enterprises.
