摘要 通过分析自然环境中较为常见的低气压和淋雨双危害因素,研究了一种综合了两种环境条件的试验方法,用于评估产品的密封性能和防水性能。结合常用的低气压试验与淋雨试验标准,分析-相应的试验要求、试验条件和试验方法,综合而成相应的低气压-淋雨综合环境试验方法,用于在实验室内进行低气压-淋雨环境试验,并根据该方法给出了相应的试验设备制造的建议。对于模拟高海拔地区淋雨,以及飞行器起降期间淋雨的产品试验提供了可行性依据。 By analyzing the common double hazard factors of low pressure and rain in the natural environment,a test method combining the two environmental conditions is studied to evaluate the sealing performance and waterproof performance of products.Combined with the commonly used low pressure test and rain test standards,the corresponding test requirements,test conditions and test methods are analyzed,and the corresponding low pressure-rain comprehensive environmental test method is synthesized,which can be used to conduct low pressure and rain environmental test in the laboratory.And suggestions for the manufacture of corresponding test equipment are given according to this method.It provides a feasible basis for the product test of simulating rain in high-altitude areas and rain during take-off and landing of aircraft.
