摘要
基于有限元模拟方法,对机载电路板及3种典型元器件在3个相互垂直方向的单轴随机振动和三轴共振的振动响应,以及疲劳损伤进行了研究,反映其在环境应力条件下的损伤效果,为电路板组件和元器件的选用与考核提供了参考。
The vibration response and fatigue damage of uniaxial random vibration and triaxial resonance of the airborne circuit board and three typical components in three perpendicular directions are studied based on the finite element simulation method,which reflects the damage effect under environmental stress and provides reference for the selection and assessment of circuit board components and components.
