国际智能网联汽车准入制度进展趋势及其启示

The Development Trend and Inspiration of the Access System of ICV

智能网联汽车正以强劲的发展势头,成为全球汽车工业国家争相抢占的战略制高点。世界各国加快推出各项法规政策,推动高级别自动驾驶系统的智能网联汽车商业化落地。目前,国际上已在智能网联汽车准入制度的探索中先试先行,应借鉴国际成功经验,立足国内智能网联汽车发展基础,加快推进中国智能网联汽车准入管理的落地实施。因此,对国际智能网联汽车准入制度进展趋势进行了研究,并提出了我国智能网联汽车发展的建议,对于推动我国智能网联汽车产业的高质量发展具有一定的指导意义。

With a strong momentum of development,ICV is becoming a strategic commanding height that the automobile industry countries are competing to seize.Countries around the world have accelerated the introduction of various laws and policies to promote the commercialization of ICV with high-level auto pilot system.At present,the international community has taken the lead in the exploration of the access system for ICV.We should learn from international successful experience,and accelerate the implementation of the access management for ICV in China,based on the development foundation of ICV in China.Therefore,the progress trend of the access system of international ICV is studied,and the suggestions for the development of ICV in China are put forward,which has certain guiding significance for promoting the high-quality development of China's ICV industry.
