大型燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组主机选型及配置探讨

摘要 以四川某大型燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组(简称联合循环机组)为例,分析大型联合循环机组的燃气轮机选型、余热锅炉选型、汽轮机选型、机组轴系配置等,对9F级、9H级联合循环机组的技术性和经济性进行比较,得出最优的配置方案。结果表明:9H级联合循环机组的设备初投资较高,当年利用时间为2500 h,9H级联合循环机组的静态投资回收期更短,当年利用时间达到3500 h时,9H级联合循环机组的经济性明显优于9F级联合循环机组。 Taking a large gas-steam combined cycle unit in Sichuan province as the research example,analyses were conducted on the type selection of gas turbine,steam turbine,waste heat boiler,the shafting configuration of the unit,etc.The optimal configuration scheme was obtained through the comparison between 9F and 9H class gas-steam combined cycle units on the technicality and economy.Results show that,the 9H class gas-steam combined cycle unit has a higher initial investment.When the annual utilization time is 2500 h,the 9H class gas-steam combined cycle unit has a shorter investment payback period,while when the annual utilization time is more than 3500 h,the economy of the 9H class unit is significantly better than that of the 9F unit.
