摘要
对国产聚醚醚酮(PEEK)材料在某核电厂电气贯穿件内的应用过程进行了研究.结果表明:经过长时加速热老化试验、辐照老化试验、地震试验和事故及严重事故条件模拟试验后,以NC770G/NC550G和结晶型NC551LG为代表的国产PEEK材料,其密封性能、电气性能均可满足核电厂对电气贯穿件的使用要求.
A study was conducted on the application process of domestic polyetheretherketone(PEEK)material of the electrical penetration assembly in a nuclear power plant.Results show that after long-term accelerated thermal aging test,irradiation aging test,anti earthquake test,and simulation test of accident and serious accident conditions,the sealing performance and electrical performance of following domestic PEEK materials can be adopted to satisfy the application requirments of the electrical penetration assembly in nuclear power plants,such as NC770G/NC550G type,and crystalline NC551LG type.
