家庭支持在儿童青少年近视患儿眼健康行为与近视程度间的中介效应

Mediating effect of family support between eye health behavior and myopia degree in children and adolescents with myopia

目的分析家庭支持在儿童青少年近视患儿眼健康行为与近视程度间的中介效应,为儿童青少年近视防控提供理论依据。方法采用便利抽样法选取2022年7月至8月在沈阳市皇姑区某眼科专科医院近视门诊就诊的451例儿童青少年近视患儿为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、眼健康行为问卷、家庭支持量表对其进行调查。结果近视度数与家庭支持得分呈负相关关系(r=-0.180,P<0.001),家庭支持得分与眼健康行为得分呈正相关关系(r=0.245,P<0.001),家庭支持在眼健康行为与近视程度之间起遮掩效应(间接效应值和直接效应值分别为-0.042、0.132)。结论家庭支持在儿童青少年近视患儿眼健康行为与近视程度之间起遮掩作用,可通过制定并实施家庭支持提升方案,帮助近视患儿及其家庭形成良好的眼健康行为,使近视度数维持在相对较低的水平。

Objective To analyze the mediating effect of family support between eye health behavior and myopia degree in children and adolescents with myopia,and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents.Methods A total of 451 children and adolescents with myopia who visited the myopia clinic of an ophthalmic hospital in Huanggu District,Shenyang from July to August 2022 were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method.The general situation questionnaire,eye health behavior questionnaire and family support scale were used to investigate them.Results The degree of myopia was negatively correlated with the score of family support(r=-0.180,P<0.001),and the score of family support was positively correlated with the score of eye health behavior(r=0.245,P<0.001).Family support played a masking effect between eye health behaviors and the degree of myopia(indirect effect and direct effect values were-0.042 and 0.132,respectively).Conclusion Family support plays a masking role in the relationship between the eye health behavior and the degree of myopia in children and adolescents with myopia.Family support promotion programs can be developed and implemented to help myopia children and their families form good eye health behaviors and maintain the degree of myopia at a relatively low level.
