Clinical effect of disposable root canal therapy on acute pulpitis in children

目的研究一次性根管治疗小儿急性牙髓炎的临床效果。方法选择济南市历城区中医医院2020年7月至2022年6月收治的78例急性牙髓炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组给予多次根管治疗,观察组行一次性根管治疗,评估两组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的炎症因子指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的咬合力、咀嚼效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿急性牙髓炎的临床治疗中,一次性根管相较于多次根管治疗效果更显著,有利于改善炎症因子水平,加强咀嚼功能,疗效肯定。

Objective To study the clinical effect of disposable root canal therapy on acute pulpitis in children.Methods A total of 78 children with acute pulpitis admitted to Licheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jinan City from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given multiple root canal therapy,and the observation group was given disposable root canal therapy,and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results After treatment,the indexes of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The occlusal force and masticatory efficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of acute pulpitis in children,the effect of disposable root canal therapy is more significant than that of multiple root canal therapy,which is beneficial to improve the level of inflammatory factors and strengthen the masticatory function,a nd the curative effect is positive.
