布地奈德联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Budesonide combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的探讨布地奈德联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2020年3月至2022年8月龙口市第二人民医院收治的106例小儿支原体肺炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各53例。对照组给予阿奇霉素序贯治疗,观察组给予布地奈德联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗,比较两组临床疗效及炎症因子水平。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果较好,可控制炎症反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Budesonide combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 106 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Longkou City from March 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given Azithromycin sequential therapy,and the observation group was given Budesonide combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy.The clinical efficacy and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children has good clinical effect,which can control the inflammatory response and is worthy of clinical application.
