小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的临床效果

Clinical effect of Pediatric Paracetamol Artificial Cow-bezoar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Granules in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children

目的探讨小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年9月北京市海淀区北太平庄社区卫生服务中心136例儿童上呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各68例。对照组采用氯苯那敏片+布洛芬片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效、康复时间及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组总有效率为97.06%,高于对照组的80.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组康复时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒治疗儿童上呼吸道感染,可提高治疗效果,缩短康复时间,且具有安全性,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pediatric Paracetamol Artificial Cow-bezoar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Granules in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods A total of 136 children with upper respiratory tract infection in Haidian District Beitaipingzhuang Community Health Service Center of Beijing City from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 68 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chlorphenamine Tablets+Ibuprofen Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Pediatric Paracetamol Artificial Cow-bezoar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,recovery time and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%,higher than that of the control group(80.88%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children’s upper respiratory tract infection,Pediatric Paracetamol Artificial Cow-bezoar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Granules can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the recovery time,and has safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
