多元化护理结合疼痛干预对女性翼状胬肉术后患者疼痛程度及干眼症状的影响

Effect of diversified nursing combined with pain intervention on the pain degree and dry eye symptom of female patients after pterygium surgery

目的探究多元化护理联合疼痛干预对女性翼状胬肉术后患者疼痛程度及干眼症状的影响。方法选择2020年9月至2022年9月在兰陵县人民医院行翼状胬肉手术的100例女性患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)、实验组(50例)。对照组采取常规护理,实验组采取多元化护理+疼痛干预,比较两组护理前后的疼痛评分、干眼症状评分。结果护理后实验组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后实验组干眼症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多元化护理结合疼痛干预应用于女性翼状胬肉术后患者,可以有效降低疼痛评分,改善干眼症,临床值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of diversified nursing combined with pain intervention on the pain degree and dry eye symptom of female patients after pterygium surgery.Methods A total of 100 female patients who underwent pterygium surgery in Lanling County People’s Hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(50 cases)and experimental group(50 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given diversified nursing+pain intervention.The pain score and dry eye symptom score were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The dry eye symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing combined with pain intervention can effectively reduce the pain score and improve dry eye syndrome in female patients after pte rygium surgery,which is worthy of clinical application.
