综合护理干预在妊娠高血压合并宫缩乏力性产后出血中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnancy-induced hypertension complicated with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine fatigue

目的探讨综合护理干预在妊娠高血压合并宫缩乏力性产后出血中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年10月巨野县人民医院收治的80例妊娠高血压合并宫缩乏力性产后出血患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预。比较两组产后出血情况、住院时间及并发症总发生率。结果观察组出血停止时间、住院时间短于对照组,产后2 h及24 h出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于妊娠高血压伴宫缩乏力性产后出血患者,可促进产后出血得到有效控制,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnancyinduced hypertension complicated with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine fatigue.Methods A total of 80 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension complicated with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine fatigue admitted to Juye County People’s Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The postpartum hemorrhage,hospital stay and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The bleeding stop time and hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the blood loss 2 h and 24 h after delivery in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention applied to the patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension complicated with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine fatigue can promote the effective control of postpartum hemorrhage and reduce the occurrence of complication s.
