人文关怀式护理在乳腺癌放化疗患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of humanistic care nursing in the nursing of breast cancer patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy

目的探讨人文关怀式护理在乳腺癌放化疗患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年11月至2022年11月山东省第二人民医院进行放化疗的80例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用人文关怀式护理。比较两组应对方式、舒适度及癌因性疲乏程度。结果护理后,两组应对方式评分优于护理前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组癌因性疲乏量表评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀式护理在乳腺癌放化疗患者护理中的应用,能改善患者的应对方式、舒适度及癌因性疲乏程度,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of humanistic care nursing in the nursing of breast cancer patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 patients with breast cancer who received radiotherapy and chemotherapy in Shandong Second People’s Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received humanistic care nursing on the basis of the control group.The coping style,comfort level and degree of cancer fatigue were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the coping style scores in both groups were better than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were better than thos e in the control group(P<0.05).The comfort scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of cancer fatigue scale in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care nursing in the nursing of breast cancer patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy can improve the coping style,comfort level and the degree of cancer fatigue,which is worth popularizing and a pplying.
