认知行为护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Application effect of cognitive behavior nursing in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的分析认知行为护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选择2022年3月至2023年1月在大埔县人民医院产科就诊的70例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为观察对象,依据护理方法分为两组,每组各35例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取认知行为护理,对比两组患者的血糖改善情况、自我护理能力。结果护理前,两组患者的餐前血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的餐前血糖及餐后2 h血糖比对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组患者自我护理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者在院治疗期间,采取认知行为护理可改善其自我护理能力,调节患者血糖水平。

Objective To analyze the application effect of cognitive behavior nursing in women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 70 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who visited the Obstetrics Department of People’s Hospital of Dapu County from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into two groups based on the care method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group took routine care,and the observation group took cognitive behavioral nursing.The blood glucose improvement and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of blood glucose before meal and 2 h after meal between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the levels of blood glucose before meal and 2 h after meal in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of self-care ability of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the hospitalization treatment of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,cognitive behavioral nurs ing can improve the self-care ability of patients and regulate the blood glucos e level of patients.
