Objective To study the application effect of group allocation management mode in patients with gynecological malignant tumors with indwelling peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC).Methods Altogether 66 gynecological malignant tumor patients with indwelling PICC admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing management, and the research group adopted group allocation management mode. The general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score,self-management behavior score, and exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)score were observed in both groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in GSES score,self-management behavior score and ESCA score before nursing(P>0.05).The GSES score,self-management behavior score, and ESCA score were higher in the research group than those in the control group at the end of care, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of group allocation management mode in patients with gynecological malignant tumors during the period of PICC can improve the self-management behavior, have good sel f-efficacy,and improve their self-care ability.
