舒适护理在发热患儿中的应用效果

Application effect of comfort nursing in children with fever

目的探究舒适护理用于儿科发热患儿的临床价值。方法采用便利抽样法选取2021年8月至2022年8月平邑县人民医院儿科收治的126例发热患儿进行研究,按随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组(n=63)、观察组(n=63)。对照组患儿予常规护理,观察组患儿予舒适护理。对比两组护理后哭闹情况、配合情况、一次穿刺成功率、发热持续天数、自我感觉舒适程度以及家长护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组不哭闹占比、配合度及一次穿刺成功率均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组发热持续天数较对照组更短,自我感觉舒适评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组总满意率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理用于儿科发热患儿中的护理效果较好,患儿配合度好,舒适度高,家长对护理工作的满意度也高,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical value of comfort nursing for children with fever in pediatrics.Methods A total of 126 children with fever admitted to the Pediatrics Department of People’s Hospital of Pingyi County from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected by convenient sampling method for study.The children were divided into control group(n=63)and observation group(n=63)according to random number table method.The children in the control group were given routine care,while the children in the observation group were given comfort nursing.The crying,cooperation,success rate of one puncture,the duration of fever,the degree of children’s self-feeling comfort and the nursing satisfaction of parents after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the observation group had higher percentage of no crying,cooperation and one puncture success rate than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter duration of fever and lower self-perceived comfort score than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing has good nursing effect for children with fever in pediatrics.The children have good cooperation,high comfort,and parents have high satisfaction with nursing work,which has clinical application value.
