摘要
以十八醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)和甲基丙烯酸异氰基乙酯(IEM)为原料合成了一种氨基甲酸酯表面活性剂(RCS-10),采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振(1H-NMR)对其进行了表征,并在室温下通过表面张力法测得RCS-10的临界胶束浓度(CMC)为5.19×10^(-4)mol/L.此外,还将RCS-10与丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙烷磺酸和丙烯酸共聚合成了一种新型疏水缔合聚合物(RHPAM),并对其水溶液的流变性能进行了分析.结果表明,在120℃、剪切速率为170 s^(-1)的条件下,改性和未改性聚丙烯酰胺溶液的黏度保持率分别为97.73%和87.07%.由此可见,RCS-10的加入提高了聚丙烯酰胺的耐热性和抗剪切性,并提高了聚丙烯酰胺的储存和损耗模量,表明其结构稳定性得到了增强.因此,RHPAM在改善压裂液耐热性、抗剪切性和提高采收率方面具有很大的潜力.
In this paper,reactive carbamate surfactants(RCS-10)have been synthesized using stearyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO)and 2-isocyanatoethyl methacrylate(IEM),and characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FTIR)and nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR).And the critical micelle concentration(CMC)of RCS-10 was 5.19×10^(-4) mol/L,which was measured by surface tension method at room temperature.Additionally,a novel hydrophobically associative polymer has been synthesized by copolymerizing RCS-10 with acrylamide,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid,and acrylic acid,and the rheological properties of its aqueous solution have been analyzed.The results showed that the modified and unmodified polyacrylamide solutions exhibit viscosity retentions of 97.73%and 87.07%,respectively,at 120℃under a shear rate of 170 s^(-1).Thus,RCS-10 polymerization improves the heat and shear resistance and the storage and loss moduli of the polyacrylamide,indicating a structural-stability enhancement on polymerization.Therefore,RHPAM exhibits high potential to improve the heat and shear resistance of fracturing fluids and enhance oil recovery.
