摘要
随着开采深度增加,某金矿选矿厂矿石性质发生变化,为优化选别指标,对其破碎工艺流程进行了考查。通过考查各主要设备的参数,评估现场设备能耗分布现状;通过JK落重试验建立矿石粉碎能量模型,对比破碎设备实际能耗与矿石理论最低能耗,实现对现场碎磨能耗基准评价并预测节能降耗空间;利用Moly-Cop Tools3.0模拟软件进行建模,评价各主体设备的运行效率和能耗效率,为破碎工艺流程改造及优化控制奠定了基础。
With the increase in mining depth,the ore properties of a gold mine concentrator have changed.To optimize the separation index,the crushing process was investigated.By examining the parameters of main equipment,the present situation of energy consumption distribution of field equipment is evaluated;through the JK drop weight test,the ore crushing energy model is established,and the actual energy consumption of crushing equipment is compared with the theoretical minimum energy consumption of ore,so as to realize the benchmark evaluation of on-site crushing energy consumption and predict the space for energy saving and consumption reduction.Modeling with Moly-Cop Tools3.0 simulation software is used to evaluate the operational efficiency and energy consumption efficiency of each main piece of equipment,which lays a foundation for the transformation and optimized control of the crushing process flow.
