公司每年完成暗挖隧道任务超145km,“十三五”期间平均130km/年,因为隧道混凝土超耗导致经济损失10.0亿/年以上。同时隧道超挖超耗引起一系列的安全、质量、进度、成本等问题。现以贡觉高山隧道IV级围岩为例对隧道混凝土超耗及对策进行分析总结。

The company completes over 145km of underground tunnel excavation tasks every year,with an average of 130km/year during the 13th Five Year Plan period.Due to the excessive consumption of tunnel concrete,the economic loss exceeds 1.00 billion yuan/year.At the same time,excessive excavation and consumption of tunnels have caused a series of safety,quality,progress,cost and other issues.Taking the Class IV surrounding rock of Gongjue Gaoshan Tunnel as an example,this article analyzes and summarizes the excessive consumption of tunnel concrete and its countermeasures.
