1-80m系杆拱桥现浇支架设计与施工技术

摘要 在城市上跨既有公路施工过程中,系杆拱主梁形式常设计为箱梁结构,箱梁箱型截面抗扭刚度强,整体性能好,自重轻,外形轻巧美观,施工周期短。本桥受施工时间紧、车流量大、净空小限制,系杆拱桥箱梁现浇支架采用单元拼装,整体吊装方案。结合关凤大桥支架施工过程,本文重点介绍了现浇支架的设计与施工技术,支架设计结合车道宽度及道路斜交角度,从构件设计计算到现场安装关键控制点进行了总结,对系杆拱桥跨路现浇施工具有参照意义。 In the construction process of crossing existing highways in cities,the main beam form of tied arch is often designed as a box girder structure.The box girder has strong torsional stiffness,good overall performance,light self weight,lightweight and beautiful appearance,and short construction period.Due to tight construction time,high traffic volume,and limited headroom,the cast-in-place support of the tied arch bridge box girder adopts a unit assembly and overall lifting scheme.Based on the construction process of the Guanfeng Bridge bracket,this article focuses on the design and construction technology of cast-in-place brackets.The bracket design combines the lane width and road skew angle,summarizes the key control points from component design calculation to on-site installation,and has reference significance for the cast-in-place construction of tied arch bridges across roads.
