铁路客站承轨层空腹箱梁一次现浇施工技术

摘要 近年来,随着现代化大型高铁站房的“升级换代”,普通混凝土结构体系已无法满足轻质高强、大跨度大空间的实际需要,而空腹箱梁具有独特的优势,在大型铁路站房的梁板结构中应用越来越广。某车站站房工程采用了中间为空腹段、两端为实腹段的小型箱梁整体一次现浇施工技术,通过借鉴现浇箱梁施工工艺,研究现浇箱梁狭小空间内的模板支撑体系及一次性浇筑施工工艺,改进了施工方法,取得了很好的施工效果,对施工控制起到了很好的指导作用,为同类型或类似工程施工提供了参考。 In recent years,with the"upgrading and replacement"of modern large high-speed railway station buildings,ordinary concrete structural systems have been unable to meet the practical needs of lightweight,high-strength,large-span,and large-space.However,open web box beams have unique advantages and are increasingly widely used in the beam and slab structures of large railway station buildings.The station building project of a certain station adopts a small box girder with an open belly section in the middle and solid belly sections at both ends for one-time cast-in-place construction technology.By referencing the cast-in-place box girder construction technology,the template support system and one-time pouring construction technology in the narrow space of the cast-in-place box girder are studied,and the construction method is improved,achieving good construction results,providing good guidance for construction control,and providing reference for the construction of similar projects.
