摘要
钢板桩围堰作为深基坑开挖支护结构,在交通建筑领域应用较广。常规钢板桩长度不超过24m,根据《建筑基地基础设计规范》支护机构嵌入比0.9-1.1,基坑深度不超过13m,若钢板桩太长,受地质、机械设备等因素影响,施工难度、安全风险呈几何倍数增加。而本文介绍的基坑深度达到23m,若采用常规施工工艺,钢板桩长度超过45m,施工难度大,安全风险高,工期长,成本高。为解决以上问题,研究的钢板桩先支后挖浅埋施工技术,使钢板桩长度由原来的45m调整为28m,采取边支撑边开挖,保证了施工安全,并提高施工效率,降低了成本。
Steel sheet pile cofferdam,as a support structure for deep foundation pit excavation,is widely used in the field of transportation and construction.The length of conventional steel sheet piles shall not exceed 24m.According to the"Code for Design of Building Base Foundations",the embedding ratio of support structures is 0.9-1.1,and the depth of the foundation pit shall not exceed 13m.If the steel sheet piles are too long,the construction difficulty and safety risk will increase exponentially due to factors such as geology and mechanical equipment.The depth of the foundation pit introduced in this article reaches 23m.If conventional construction techniques are used,and the length of the steel sheet pile exceeds 45m,the construction difficulty is high,the safety risk is high,the construction period is long,and the cost is high.To solve the above problems,the steel sheet pile construction technology of first supporting,then excavating and shallowly burying was studied,which adjusted the length of the steel sheet pile from the original 45m to 28m.The method of excavation while supporting ensured construction safety,improved construction efficiency,and reduced costs.
