In the new era of urban renewal,the renovation of existing residential buildings is of great significance and imperative.By analyzing the present renewal technique situation of existing residential buildings,this paper introduces the common technical problems faced by the present renovation of existing residential buildings,and puts forward the technical methods and solutions for the renovation of existing residential buildings from the technical level on the basis of adhering to urban organic renewal,so as to provide technical guidance for the renovation of existing residential buildings,effectively improve the building quality and safety of existing residential buildings,and upgrade the living environment.
