岭南地区密集旧城区中的超高层适应性设计策略——以中山市东区开源大厦为例

摘要 超高层作为城市的标志性建筑,由于其体量巨大,对周边建筑功能、交通、环境等诸多方面影响巨大。本文通过对中山市东区开源大厦项目设计过程回顾,探讨在岭南气候条件和密集旧城区的地理条件下,结合中山市东区开源大厦的需求及功能特点,提出适应岭南地区湿热气候和密集旧城区的设计策略,探讨超高层建筑在岭南地区密集旧城区的适应性设计策略。 As a landmark building in the city,super high-rise buildings have a huge impact on the function,traffic,environment and many other aspects of the surrounding buildings due to their huge volume.Through reviewing the design process of the project of Kaiyuan Building in the East District of Zhongshan City,this paper introduces the climate conditions of Lingnan and the geographical conditions of dense old urban areas,analyzes the demands and functional characteristics of Kaiyuan Building in the East District of Zhongshan City,proposes design strategies that adapt to the humid and hot climate of Lingnan region and dense old urban areas,and explores the adaptive design strategies of super high-rise buildings in the dense old urban areas of Lingnan region.
