Design Management of EPC Projects——Analysis of Design Optimization and Benefit Creation

加强和细化工程建设主体责任,强化建筑设计在工程建设全周期的引领作用,是推动我国城乡建设领域高质量发展的重要一环。EPC作为主要的一种工程总承包模式,在我国正在大力推行,其更有利于发挥前期设计的引领作用,利于设计优化、缩短工期以及控制成本。文章通过总结某工程施工图优化案例,从建筑、结构、给排水、电气、暖通几个方面分析设计优化内容及优化效果,初步探索EPC模式下设计阶段的引领作用。

Strengthening and refining the main responsibility of engineering construction as well as enhancing the leading role of architectural design in the entire construction cycle are important steps in promoting high-quality development in the field of urban and rural construction in China.EPC,as a major engineering general contracting model,is being vigorously promoted in China,which is more conducive to playing a leading role in early design,optimizing design,shortening construction period,and controlling costs.The article summarizes an optimization case of a construction project drawing,analyzes the content and effectiveness of design optimization from several aspects such as architecture,structure,water supply and drainage,electrical,and HVAC,and preliminarily explores the leading role of the design phase under the EPC mode.
