收折式移动平台在预制T梁架设施工中的受力性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以剑河至黎平高速公路TJ-06标项目预制T梁架设施工为工程背景,针对既有预制T梁架设施工技术存在的缺点,提出一种收折式移动平台架设T梁的施工工法,并采用midasCivil有限元软件建立了平台结构在各个荷载组合下的三维空间分析模型,研究该平台结构在预制T梁架设施工中的静动力特性。结果表明:平台结构在预制T梁架设施工中各个荷载组合工况下的强度、刚度及稳定性均满足规范要求;不同弹簧支撑数量下主桁梁的振动模态基本一致,其自振频率随弹簧支撑数量的增大呈微小增大趋势,但总体影响较小;弹簧支撑刚度对主桁梁的自振频率影响较大,其自振频率随弹簧支撑刚度的增大呈明显增大趋势,表明支撑刚度越大,主桁梁的整体刚度越大。 Taking the erection construction of precast T-beam of TJ-06 bid project of Jianhe-Liping Expressway as the engineering background,aiming at the shortcomings of existing precast T-beam erection technology,this paper proposes a construction method of T-beam erection by folding mobile platform,and establishes a three-dimensional spatial analysis model of the platform structure under various load combinations by using mi-das Civil finite element software,so as to study the static and dynamic characteristics of the platform structure in the construction of precast T-beam erection.The results show that the strength,stiffness and stability of the platform structure under various load combinations during the erection of precast T-beams meet the requirements of the code.The vibration modes of the main truss beams with different spring supports are basically the same,and their natural frequencies increase slightly with the increase of the number of spring supports,but the overall effect is small.The spring support stiffness has a great influence on the natural frequency of the main truss beam,and its natural frequency increases significantly with the increase of the spring support stiffness,indicating that the greater the support stiffness,the greater the overall stiffness of the main truss beam.
