建筑工程施工质量管理问题及对策分析

为了提升建筑工程施工质量管理的效果,本文主要对建筑工程施工质量管理问题及对策进行研究,文中先分析了建筑工程施工质量管理的重要性,之后分析了施工质量管理中的问题和原则,并提出了优化措施,包括注重施工准备工作、提升施工组织管理的合理性、强化施工人员的管理、严格控制安全管理、健全施工质量管理制度、注重施工材料管理、加强机械设备管理、加强工程质量验收管理、加强新的施工技术的运用,希望可以为有关人员提供参考。

In order to improve the effect of construction quality management of building engineering,this paper mainly studies the problems and countermeasures of construction quality management of building engineering,which first analyzes the importance of construction quality management of building engineering,then explores the problems and principles of construction quality management,and finally puts forward optimization measures,including paying attention to construction preparation,improving the rationality of construction organization management,strengthening the management of construction personnel,controlling strictly safety management,improving the construction quality management system,pay attention to the management of construction materials,strengthening the management of mechanical equipment,enhancing the management of project quality acceptance,and strengthening the application of new construction technology,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
