DFC数字建造——建筑业数字化转型新路径

摘要 我国建筑业经历了20年的高速发展后进入回落期,经济、人口、劳动力等多重因素交织叠加之下,传统建造模式难以为继,急需寻找新模式。本文从建筑业数字化转型出发,探讨了传统BIM技术在数字化转型中的局限性。提出的DFC数字建造模式,补齐了BIM技术的短板,探索出一条面向成本的全过程数字建造解决方案。文章汇总了DFC数字建造的实践路径、应用成果、经济效益和业界评价,从而对我国建筑数字化转型提供新思路,开拓新路径。 After experiencing 20 years of rapid development,China's construction industry has entered a period of tide-down.Multiple factors such as the economy,population,and labor force have converged,making the traditional construction mode it difficult to sustain.Therefore,there is an urgent need to find new models.This article explores the limitations of traditional BIM technology in the digital transformation of the construction industry.It also proposes DFC digital construction model,which addresses the shortcomings of BIM technology and explores a cost oriented solution for the entire process of digital construction.This article summarizes the practical path,application results,economic benefits,and industry evaluations of DFC digital construction,so as to provide new ideas and explore new paths for the transformation of digital construction in China.
