摘要
南中高速TJ08合同段桥梁占比100%,GYLQ260/50型架桥机是中小跨径预制箱梁和T梁快速吊装的重要机械设备。架桥机主梁作为施工吊装时的主要承载结构,研究其力学性能对吊装施工过程中结构的可靠性和稳定性具有重要意义。本文基于动力学理论和ABAQUS数值软件开展了GYLQ260/50型架桥机主梁结构的动力学性能理论计算及数值模拟研究,给出主梁结构的动力响应表达式,分析主梁结构的固有频率及对应的模态振型,阐述了架桥机的组装施工步骤,对指导中小跨径预制箱梁和T梁的安全高效施工具有重要参考意义。
The bridge of TJ08 contract section of Nanzhong Expressway accounts for 100%,and GYLQ260/50 bridge erecting machine is an important mechanical equipment for rapid hoisting of small and medium span precast box girder and T beam.The main girder of the bridge erecting machine is the main bearing structure during construction and hoisting,which is of great significance to study its mechanical properties for the reliability and stability of the structure during hoisting construction.Based on the dynamic theory and ABAQUS numerical software,the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation of the dynamic performance of the main girder structure of GYLQ260/50 bridge erecting machine are carried out in this paper.The dynamic response expression of the main girder structure is given,the natural frequency of the main girder structure and the corresponding modal shape are analyzed,and the assembly construction steps of the bridge erecting machine are expounded,which has important reference for guiding the safe and efficient construction of small and medium span precast box girder and T beam.
