固井虚拟仿真平台的设计与实现

摘要 针对难以深入工程现场开展固井实践教学的难题,设计和实现了一套固井虚拟仿真平台。该平台包括固井理论、固井设备与工具、固井工艺仿真训练、固井工程设计与模拟4个主功能模块、12个子功能模块。模块内容紧密结合工程实践且共享、更新方便。依托该平台设计了固井虚拟仿真教学过程,该过程突出学生的主体地位,以学生的自主学习、自主训练和自主设计为主,教师在过程中起引导作用,培养学生的学习能力、操作实践能力和自主设计及创新能力。该平台的应用将提高固井实践教学效果和教学质量,助推石油工程高素质专业人才培养。 Aiming at the difficulty of cementing practice teaching in engineering site,anadvanced cementing virtual simulation platform was designed and implemented.The platform mainly includes four main function modules,including cementing theory knowledge,cementing equipment and tools,cementing process simulation training,cementing engineering design and simulation,and twelve sub-function modules.The function modules are comprehensive,and the module content is closely combined with engineering practice and easy to share and update.Based on this platform,the virtual simulation teaching process of cementing is designed,ithighlights the principal role of students and focuses on students'independent learning,independent training and independent design.Teachers mainly play a guiding role in the process to cultivate students'learning ability,operation and practice ability,independent design and innovation ability.The application of the platform can improve the effect and quality of cementing practice teaching and boost the training of high-quality professional personnel in petroleum engineering.
