摘要
介绍了一个综合化学实验,该实验以1,10-邻菲罗啉为配体,通过调控配体与氯化铜的反应比例,合成了两个结构完全不同的邻菲罗啉铜配合物,并利用高分辨质谱仪对其进行了表征。同时,利用紫外-可见吸收光谱法测定了配合物与牛血清白蛋白的结合能力。实验内容涉及配合物合成、产物质谱表征、配合物性质测定等综合实验内容,旨在通过完整的科研过程激发学生的科研兴趣和探索精神,训练学生的综合实验操作技能,培养学生的创新思维和科研能力。实验具有反应原料简单易得、合成方法简便、产率高、用时短、实验操作安全可靠等特点,为实验项目的顺利开展提供了便利。
This paper introduces a comprehensive chemical experiment,which synthesized two copper(II)complex based on 1,10-phenanthrolin with different structures by changing different ratio.The two complexes were characterized by HR-ESI-MS.Their binding to BSA was also measured by UV-vis.This experiment covers synthesis,characterization and properties,facilitating students to understand and complete a basic research process,aiming to stimulate students’scientific exploration spirit and improve their scientific research quality and comprehensive innovation ability through the complete scientific research process.The raw materials are simple and easy to obtain;the synthesis method is simple;the reaction time is short;the yield rate is high;and the repeatability is good,which provide great convenience for the application and popularity of the experimental projects.
