地铁站内盲人导向标识的寻路绩效 被引量:1

摘要 为加大盲人自主出行乘坐地铁的能力,对北京地铁盲人导向标识做出相关研究。采用用户实地测试的方法,选取了影响寻路绩效的路线复杂度和标识的可用性程度作为自变量,寻路中的用时、迷茫出错次数作为因变量,通过层次分析法和定量分析选择实验路线,招募参试者实地测试盲人出行寻路的效率。结果表明,路线复杂度和标志可用性程度均对迷茫出错次数和寻路用时有显著影响。路线转弯次数是影响盲人寻路中安全感的重要因素之一,安检处前后是盲人用户出现安全问题最多的位置。可见减少路线转弯的次数即降低路线复杂度,提高安检处前后盲人导向标识的可用性,均能提高盲人用户的寻路绩效。根据实验结果,得到了一般致盲者达到较高寻路效率的数据范围,今后可以主要针对这几方面做出改进以及新的设计,使得盲人在寻路时可以顺利通行,增强其寻路的安全感,为盲人独立出行增加保障。 In order to increase the ability of blind people to travel independently and take the subway,relevant research was made on the guidance signs for blind people in Beijing subway.Using the method of user field test,the route complexity and the availability of signs that affect the performance of route finding were selected as independent variables,and the time spent in route finding and the number of confused errors were selected as dependent variables.The experimental route was selected through analytic hierarchy process and quantitative analysis,and the participants were recruited to test the efficiency of blind travel route finding.The results show that the route complexity and the availability of signs have a significant impact on the number of confused errors and the time of finding the way.The number of route turns is one of the important factors affecting the sense of safety of blind people in road finding.The front and back of the security inspection office are the places where blind users have the most safety problems.It can be seen that reducing the number of route turns,that is,reducing the complexity of the route and improving the availability of blind guidance signs in front of and behind the security inspection office can improve the routing performance of blind users.According to the experimental results,the data range for the general blind to achieve high pathfinding efficiency is obtained.In the future,improvements and new designs can be made mainly for these aspects,so that the blind can pass smoothly in pathfinding,enhance their sense of security in pathfinding,and increase the guarantee for the blind to travel independently.
