摘要
为深入研究NexGen油燃烧器的火焰温度特性,在不同燃油压力、空气压力下测量火焰温度,研究燃油流量和空气流量对油燃烧器火焰温度特性的影响。结果表明:NexGen油燃烧器配置的音速节流器及其空气分配结构使其火焰具有更好的均匀性及稳定性;在100~150 psi燃油压力范围内,随着燃油流量的增大,NexGen油燃烧器火焰平均温度逐渐增大;在40~60 psi空气压力范围内,随着空气流量的增大,火焰平均温度逐渐减小;NexGen燃烧器垂直状态下,距离燃烧筒6 in位置处温度分布最均匀饱满;水平状态下,距离燃烧筒4 in位置处温度分布最均匀饱满。
In order to in-depth study the flame characteristics of NexGen oil burners,the flame temperature was measured under different fuel and air pressure,and the influence of fuel flow and air flow on the flame temperature of oil burners were studied.The results showed that,the sonic throttle and air distribution structure of the NexGen oil burner make the flame good uniformity and stability.Within the fuel pressure range of 100~150 psi,with the increase of fuel flow,the average flame temperature of NexGen oil burners gradually increases;Within the range of 40~60 psi air pressure,with the increase of air flow,the average flame temperature gradually decreases.In the vertical state of the NexGen burner,the temperature distribution at a position 6 inches away from the combustion tube is the most uniform;in a horizontal state,the temperature distribution at a position 4 inches away from the combustion tube is uniform.
