双重价值链嵌入对我国产业就业匹配的影响

The Influence of Double Value Chain Embedding on China′s Industrial Employment Matching

通过构建2007、2012、2015年中国-世界投入产出嵌套表与产业就业匹配度指标,利用分行业分区域的面板数据实证考察我国工业嵌入全球价值链(GVC)、国内价值链(NVC)对产业与就业匹配的影响及其作用机制。结果显示:整体来看,双链嵌入通过规模效应和技术效应显著促进产业就业匹配,且两者的相互作用存在互补关系;分行业来看,技术和资本密集型制造业嵌入程度越深,其产业就业匹配度越高,劳动密集型制造业则相反;分嵌入方式看,GVC上游嵌入度越高,二者越匹配,GVC下游则相反,而嵌入NVC上下游都会促进我国产业就业匹配。因此,应进一步加快双链嵌入以及二者的互动与衔接,推动产业升级与就业匹配。

By constructing the China world input-output nested tables and the industrial employment matching index in 2007,2012 and 2015,and using the panel data of sub industries and sub regions,this paper empirically investigates the impact of China′s industrial embeddedness in the global value chain(GVC)and domestic value chain(NVC)on the industry employment matching and its mechanism.The results show that:on the whole,double chain embedding significantly promotes industrial employment matching through scale effect and technology effect,and the interaction between the two is complementary;In terms of industries,the deeper the embeddedness of technology and capital intensive manufacturing,the higher the matching degree of industrial employment,while labor-intensive manufacturing is the opposite;In terms of embedding methods,the higher the embedding degree of GVC upstream,the better the match between the two.The opposite is true for GVC downstream.Embedding NVC upstream and downstream will promote the matching of industrial employment in China.Therefore,the double chain embedding and the interaction and connection between the two should be further accelerated,so as to promote industrial upgrading and employment matching.
