中国特色社会主义进入新时代,“三全育人”体系的提出,对高校的思政教育提出了更高要求,辅导员需要关注思想政治教育在协同化、整体化和系统化背景下自己的角色定位。武夷学院在“三全育人”试点工作中,坚持党的领导,坚持立德树人的根本任务,开展“三全育人”建设工作。武夷学院辅导员在“三全育人”建设过程中,提升理论水平,业务能力,在“三全育人”大思政格局中发挥育人的积极作用。

As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the proposal of the“Three Whole Education System"puts forward higher requirements for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Counselors need to pay attention to the role orientation in ideological and political education under the background of coordination,integration and systematization.In the pilot work of"Three Whole Education",Wuyi University adheres to the leadership of the CPC and the fundamental task of producing virtuous educated citizens to carry out the construction work of"Three Whole Education”.During the construction process,the counselors can improve their theoretical level and professional ability,and play active roles in the ideological and political pattern of"Three Whole Education".
